The 2024 Fall EPICS Collaboration Meeting will be held at Oak Ridge, Tennessee, USA from September 16 to 20, 2024, organized by the Spallation Neutron Source.

The 2024 Spring EPICS Collaboration Meeting will be held at Pohang, Korea from April 15 to 18, 2024, organized by Pohang Accelerator Laboratory.

There will be a one-day EPICS Collaboration Meeting prior to the ICALEPCS in Cape Town, SA on October 8, 2023. Because of the short format, only a limited number of talks will be scheduled.

An EPICS Documentathon will take place in the last week of August (28.Aug.-1.Sept.) at the European Spallation Source. We will spend a week to work on EPICS documentation infrastructure, with some core developers present as mentors.

The Spring 2023 EPICS Collaboration Meeting will take place from 24-28 April 2023, hosted by Fermilab in Batavia (near Chicago), Illinois, USA.

There will be a variety of projects for participants to work on, accommodating a range of technical skills and experience.

The Fall 2022 EPICS Collaboration Meeting will take place in-person from 21-23 September 2022 (Wed-Fri), hosted by Cosylab and the Jožef Stefan Institute in Ljubljana, Slovenia. 19-20 September are reserved for workshops and working group meetings.

An EPICS Codeathon will be held from February 11-14 2020 (i.e. Tuesday to Friday) at Diamond Light Source in the UK. We will spend 4 days fixing bugs, designing and developing new features and/or writing documentation.
